With the right light spectrum, Bloomore wanted to illuminate their tulips in the early stages of growth in such a way that they could grow a consistent, high-quality crop. Green Simplicity supplied Growlight, a customized LED solution for optimal light distribution, tailored to Bloomore's greenhouse and situation.

Bloomore in Andijk is the Schouten family business. For years, they have been known for their high-quality tulips of consistent quality, which they force on water. However, to improve the initial growth phase in multi-layer cultivation, Bloomore desired a LED installation to illuminate the tulips in the lower cultivation layer in the greenhouse. In addition, the lighting had to contain a suitable spectrum for the first growth phase of the tulip.
Our solution:
With our Growlight solution, we provided a customized LED lighting installation, including mounting profiles and coordination with the installer. These fixtures guarantee uniform light distribution at a minimum height of 2 meters. This installation also takes into account possible variations in height without compromising light quality. This ensures that the young tulip plants receive exactly the right amount of light they need in the initial growth phase.

Thanks to the LED installation supplied by Growlight, Bloomore now has consistent lighting with the familiar spectrum and minimal shadowing. This ensures optimal growing conditions for the tulips in the early stages of their growth. The result for Bloomore is a consistent, high-quality crop.
