Read on!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Field Sales Manager who, together with the Sales Engineer (internal technical sales), can translate cultivation concepts into persuasive proposals and successfully close them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"wat-ga-je-doen\" class=\"wp-block-heading eplus-wrapper\"><strong><strong>What's the job about?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for the commercial success of complex cultivation concepts. You:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list eplus-wrapper\">\n<li class=\"eplus-wrapper\">Translates issues from growers and investors into a concrete solution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Builds a client portfolio focused on technically demanding clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presents proposals and negotiates deals worth up to several million euros<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensures that appointments are properly recorded and followed up<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Works closely with other departments to translate every customer request into a technically sound system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"eplus-wrapper\">Monitors sales targets and reports on progress and results<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"wat-breng-jij-mee\" class=\"wp-block-heading eplus-wrapper\"><strong>What do you bring to the table?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">As a Sales Manager, you will bring the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list eplus-wrapper\">\n<li class=\"eplus-wrapper\">Completed bachelor's degree (HBO), preferably in mechanical engineering, agrotechnology, horticulture or similar.
